Brisbane Airbnb Management ("we", "us", "our"), powered by Oasis Stay, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us through our enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, property suburb and property type
• Details you share when you call or email us
• Website usage data collected through Google Analytics (pages visited, how you arrived, general location, device type). This is aggregated and does not personally identify you

Why we collect it

• To prepare your free property income estimate and respond to enquiries
• To provide and improve our property management services
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, including Formspree (form delivery), Google Analytics (website statistics) and Cloudflare (website hosting), and with regulators where the law requires.

Storage and security

Information is stored securely using reputable cloud providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Our website uses cookies for Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first at hello@brisbaneairbnbmanagement.com and we will respond promptly. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
